Together against Coronavirus

The Coronavirus pandemic has caused devastation across the globe. Besides the tragic toll on human life, with countries shutting their borders and quarantines, economies have taken a huge hit. The tragedy has just begun to unfold in India and the job losses are mounting, especially among the daily wage workers. Experts say the effect on this group will be catastrophic.

Coronavirus is an international disaster on the scale of the Second World War. We have launched this campaign as an emergency response - to help the people in need. We aim to directly support families and frontline workers by –

  • Providing prevention kits
  • The poor are significantly more vulnerable and have minimal or no access to healthcare. Also, there is a lower level of awareness of prevention needs and practices.

  • Providing essential infrastructure support to hospitals - PPE kits. Ventilators. Beds
  • Frontline workers are at the highest risk of infection. Doctors, nurses, and paramedics need supplies to save themselves and save us.

  • Providing Livelihood Support - Quick Direct Benefit Transfer of Rs 2000 to Rs. 7000 to the neediest.
  • Many Indians are unable to benefit from government schemes due to urgency of need, or lack of documentation - are “invisible”. These Indians require financial support to survive.

  • Providing Humanitarian Aid –Cooked food. Dry Rations. Survival essentials.
  • Millions of daily wage & migrant workers have lost their income sources. Migrants with out-of-state ration cards can't access the PDS network. The migrant families are unable to pay rent and have been left homeless. They need our support for basic human needs.
